The room would suit a quiet person who could fit well into a peaceful and respectful household. I am a live in landlady, but I am away much of the time, so you need to enjoy living on your own. My 21 year old son sometimes (but rarely) comes home in university holidays and I come home for short visits. A room will be kept for our use.
The house is located in a quiet residential area with good, courteous neighbours.
The utility bills are included and you will be required to contribute to the council tax (Band C).
Furnished bedroom, shared kitchen and bathroom, downstairs cloakroom, shared lounge space, conservatory and access to garden. All usual appliances including good WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine.
The location is close to Winton and Charminster and is on a main bus route to Bournemouth town centre, Castlepoint and the hospital.
