I am a 30 year old female looking for a working professional or student to join my tenancy agreement. The room is available now till April 2026

This ground floor large double room comes with all bills included and is part furnished with a wardrobe and a dark wooden computer desk (these items can be removed if required)

The room benefits from a large window letting in lots of light during the day and it sits in the middle of the property making the room quiet if you are looking for some downtime.

The property has a secure private entrance to the rear and has on street parking available.

It has a lovely garden with patio, lawn, a pergola and lots of potted plants which I try to keep looking as fresh as possible. I love houseplants too so you may find some of those dotted around the place. It also has a large rosemary bush and pear tree which is great if you like to cook as there is an endless supply of the stuff!
