Small single room in Winton area

Small single room. Partly furnished, there is a bed and a drawer. All costs included gas, water, electricity. shared kitchen and bathroom. we live as 2 students and are almost always studying or working. we would prefer a student or working person and also clean, quiet person. location is near to talbot campus, there are many cafes, markets, gym and pool. A person interested in gym, fitness, healthy lifestyle would be even better.
