The house is located right off Winton high street. It is a 2 minute walk to the high street and right by all the shops and local pubs/restaurants. There is space for 2-3 cars on the drive and a car park directly next door. It is a cosy-feel house with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is currently occupied with 4 BU 2nd year students, mix of boys and girls and are all friendly and welcoming. The room is located upstairs and is a fairly spacious double room. It comes with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers and some other furniture. Anyone is welcome, a minimum age of 18 is required.
