A recent renovation included the installation of new laminate flooring and carpets, as well as a social kitchen/lounge that is open to the living room and equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, tumble dryer, refrigerator, and freezer.

The house is close to the University Talbot Campus, only a 15 minute walk. It is also located in a great student area, near shops, restaurants and bars.
