Pet live in the property; 3 cats and a dog, they do not have access to room being let. A small pet will be considered or a pet that is compatible with excising pets..

Rent for coupes will be £850 all bills included.

Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Downstairs wc available.

Room includes a wardrobe, set of draws and a bedside cabinet. furniture can be removed if need be. A desk can be provided if needed. A kettle, small fridge freezer can be provided for the room.

There is a small back garden, smokers will be expected to smoke outside, this includes vaping. No drugs will be tolerated

Cleaning will be shared, if this is not adhered to, a cleaning fee will be added to the rent. £10 per month will be charged if the purchasing of cleaning products and toilet paper is left for me to buy. Consideration for other sharers will be expected.
