I am looking for a (preferably) female tenant to cover my room in a three-bed girls' house. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly household so Non-Binary, Trans and Gender Queer people are always accepted.
It's a large fully furnished double bedroom, furnished with bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table.
It’s a nice room with an airing cupboard and a large window. Lovely housemates and a really helpful landlord.
Ideally, I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.
Great location, only 1 minute from the high street and main bus routes to the town centre. As well as a 15-20 minute walk from Bournemouth University and AUB.
The tenants utilize Split the Bills to manage their monthly utilities, which total £80 and include all services, such as Wi-Fi.
