Hi! I've got a room going for a lovely lovely house in Winton, Bournemouth ideal for students as it's a 5 min walk from university. I'm moving out as I've received a good opportunity elsewhere but wish I could stay! The tenancy runs from asap until August 2025 meaning you have a lovely place to stay when you want to go to the beach in summer:)

The room is spacious, east-facing and with lots of light, plenty of storage and the perfect window for people-watching. It's upstairs and in a safe area with a great bus service into town centre every 15 minutes.

The housemates are the loveliest group of people you'd ever meet and love getting to know new people.
