The house is a lovely 2-bed with a nice garden, on-road parking (I’ve never had trouble finding a space), and walking distance from the high street. The landlords are great.
The available bedroom is a large double room, and you’d be sharing the bathroom and living room with just me. The house is clean, cosy, and chilled – I’d love someone who will enjoy making it feel like a home too.
A little about me: I’m a nurse (no night shifts!) and easy-going, tidy, and respectful.
Rent: £500 per month
Bills: approx. £170 per month
Deposit: TBC
