Studio Flat Available – Winton (Late November Move-In)
Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a studio flat on Wimborne Road, Winton, available from 20th November and running until 1st September 2025. (Must be a student)
It’s a lovely place — you get your own studio but also access to a big common room with a TV, foosball table, and comfy seating. There’s also a reception that can take post and parcels for you, which is super convenient.
Location: Wimborne Road, Winton
About 20 minutes’ walk to AUB
Rent: £150/Per Week (After deductions)
Bonus: You get 20th November → 8th January free (that’s around £1,330 in “free rent”!) All bills included and high speed internet
I’m covering the first part of the lease to make this possible, so the rent is a lot cheaper. Council tax exempt
