Room available in 3 bed house, Winton

We have a 4 bed house in Winton (4th bedroom is tiny). We are 2 male students in our 2nd year at Bournemouth Uni. One of our flatmates has dropped out of uni which is why we are advertising this room.
The bedroom is a downstairs double bedroom, fully furnished with shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden/patio.
There is free parking directly outside the house.

Room is available immediately and it is available until July. We are looking for someone to commit to 6 months.

We will be flexible with times to show you around, meet us and look at the house.

Bills are approx. £30 per month
