Spacious double room in a great area

We are renting out a large double bedroom in a lovely, quiet road. The location is very convenient with shops, bus stops, pubs etc close by.

There is a shared bathroom and a large shared kitchen as well as a nice garden with two seating areas.

The room is fully furnished. There’s no writing desk at the moment (see photos), but it will be added.

In case you need more storage space, we have another double bedroom with a lot of wardrobe space that you could rent instead.

All bills included, including council tax. Good wifi reception. Live-in landlord.

We are looking for a lodger, who would be happy to live in a quiet, comfortable home, and who keeps things clean and tidy. Someone who is pet friendly and loves children, please.
