This is a lovely 1 bed annexe with bonus day room and large enclosed deck area with views over fields.
We have lived comfortably for 10 years in the annexe but have now gone next door to the main house which our daughter and family have vacated.
Accommodation consists of:
Separate entrance, hall with coat/boot room.
Door to hallway leading to full bathroom with rainforest shower attachment.
Off the hallway is the kitchen with breakfast bar and another door from the hallway leads to a dual aspect bedroom which can easily have a good sized king double. We have left 2 large nearly new Ikea wardrobes with plenty of storage space.
At the end of the hallway you enter the lounge which has a log burner and we have left a recliner settee and sideboard.
Further still through the louvered bi-folds is the bonus room which has draw down blinds and could be used as you fancy.
Heading outdoors, there is a 5m x 4m decking area with astroturf flooring.
We are perhaps looking for an older person/couple and a pet would be considered but open to anyone to apply.
Possible treatment room in the bonus room for a health professional?
Small garden for washing line etc.
