Large room to rent in easy going house hold. Use of a large lounge which is rarely used by flatmates. Large garden with two sheds and a green house.
New tenant would be free to decorate room should they choose, The landlord is very laid back.
A small to medium sized dog lives in the house so we are looking for someone who is animal friendly. Pets welcome as long as they get get on with current dog.
The house is located on a very small cul-de-sac with friendly neighbours.
