I’ve got lots of art work, sculptures, lights and live plants everywhere. Lots of colour but with a minimalistic look. But I’d be more than happy if you wanted to add to the flats decor at any point.

I myself am a pretty laid back person, I enjoy socialising and going off and doing spontaneous things and at the same time enjoy chilling out in my own company, I work as a chef so can be out the flat for what feels like days at a time working long hours including weekends and evenings.
Your rent is £440 + the monthly bills which are split 50/50 between us.

Gas & Electricity is approximately £135 but fluctuates slightly each month

So all in all rent and bills is around £640 per month which is very good considering the quality and location of the flat.
