Female housemate wanted to share this lovely quiet 2 bedroom semi-detached sunny house with large sunny back and smaller front gardens in a nice neighbourhood, minutes walk from the nearest beach and local shops and schools. Green sqaure to look out on.

I am a friendly 53 year old female and I would like a clean and tidy, friendly but peace loving female house-mate.

The bedroom free has a comfortable double bed with 4 drawers in its base, medium wardrobe with drawers, a tall shelving unit and a large pine chest of drawers. Any extras you want I can supply within reason.

There is a conservatory which nicely warms the cosy lounge. And a large kitchen/dining/living room.

Washing machine, gas oven and hob. Large fridge/freezer and a food storage room with freezer.

The rent includes all bills and broadband except landline telephone.

There is good parking and occasional use of the drive.
