Attractive double room available for single person. Has en-suite shower and loo. There is a TV and broadband. Very quiet and peaceful with no passing traffic as it is situated at the end of the lane and cul de sac. Room overlooks garden and fields of horses. The house faces the Solway with unbroken glorious views. Owner is single lady with grown up sons who occasionally visit. Also has a young Labrador so tenant must like dogs.

Tenant will be self sufficient and has use of the kitchen and clothes washing facilities. There is a largish garden and easy access to the shore.

Tenant needs to be employed and able to be away some weekends. Sadly I cannot accept animals.

I am within walking distance of Annan station but a car would be necessary. I am about 20 minutes from Dumfries and also approx 20 mins from Carlisle.
