Room available mid July.

I'm a live-in landlady; had 18 happy lodgers in my time, and I enjoy sharing my house. I currently have a trainee doctor living here (male).

The house is situated in Hardthorn near the Queen of the South Football Stadium. 6 min drive to hospital and 4 min drive to town centre. There's a Tesco and Aldi not far away. Generous parking available in driveway.

Spacious and modern home, huge private garden, large kitchen, two living rooms, 1.5 bathrooms and spare bedroom.

Would prefer someone working the same schedule as me (teacher hours) to save on energy bills and disrupted sleep. A *house trained* person that's a professional or a very sensible student would be great; someone tidy, clean, chilled, and considerate, too.

**If you are away most weekends, this is very desirable for me.**
