Home from home with cleaner

Regular cleaner to keep house to high standard. Clean and tidy folk only. Not an HMO - a real home.

The house is situated in a quiet street near the Queen of the South Football Stadium. 6 min drive to hospital and 4 min drive to town centre. There's a Tesco and Aldi not far away. Generous parking available in driveway.

Spacious and modern home, huge private garden, large kitchen, two living rooms, 1.5 bathrooms and spare bedroom. Pub built in garden. This room is upstairs.

Would prefer someone working the same schedule as us (9-5pm) to save on energy bills and disrupted sleep. No work from home folks.

A *house trained* person, please, that's a professional or a very sensible student would be great; someone chilled, open minded and considerate. I live here so need to feel comfortable in my home.

**If you are away most weekends, this is very desirable for me.**
