Hello! My name is Sam, a mature medical student at Dundee University, based in Dumfries. I've been living in a fantastic two-person house in Georgetown for the past academic year (2023-2024) and plan to stay until I graduate in May 2025. With my landlord's permission, I'm now looking for a suitable housemate to move into the currently vacant spare room.
Ideal Candidate:
Preferably a fellow student seeking accommodation for the 2024-2025 academic year, or
A professional willing to pay the full council tax for the property.
House Details:
Location: Georgetown, within walking distance of the town center.
Communal Areas: Spacious open-plan dining room and lounge, separate kitchen.
Upstairs: Shared bathroom with a bath and stand-in shower, and two double bedrooms.
Rent: £300 per month.
Bills: £60 per month, including broadband. If usage or rates rise substantially, it may be necessary to ask for an increased contribution.
Additional Facilities: Washing machine, fridge freezer, new vacuum cleaner, and a vacant parking space.
What I'm Looking For:
