Large double room available

Large double room free in spacious old Georgian apartment for short term durations. I have one room available. I have just put in new oak flooring throughout apartment and new beds (oak), mattresses and furniture (including table and chair for study, etc), so all ready to go. All windows are also new. The apartment has been set up for specifically for flatmates, e. g. fire safety installations, etc. It is noise free, very central, close to all the amenities and gym, rail, bus station, etc. Every thing can be used in the apartment (kitchen, TV, etc). Broadband throughout. Looking for a professional or student at Masters or PhD level (I am a PhD scientist myself).
I am a live-in landlord, sporty, book nerd, hiker, an occasional marathoner. Love a good laugh and a pint on occasions. Currently, there is myself and an NHS employee in the apartment. Looking for someone all week or Monday to Friday or short term rent, e. g 6 months (weekends included). Open to discussion.
