Room to Let Mon to Fri preferred

I am looking for a professional worker who needs accommodation in this area for week day work, weekends can be accommodated by agreement. This is a 3 bed house, it is my home and I ask that you treat it with respect. I am offering a double bedroom with bath/shower facilities and the kitchen is available for your use, cupboard and fridge/freezer space will be available. I have 4 very friendly dogs but you are unlikely to see them unless you want to, there is also an 8 week old kitten. The property offers off road parking and a large private garden/patio area. The price is inclusive of all bills and broadband and the room has a TV.
