Luxury private double room with your own private lounge area , very spacious & comes fully furnished and brightly decorated, your private room/lounge comes with free internet, wi-fi, 42'' tv, Netflix & Virgin Tv, hairdryer, iron & board, towels and bedding, it’s much like your own mini flat within the house.

The property has 1 bathroom with shower/bath and 1 kitchen which is shared. Kitchen cupboards are split evenly, however you will have your own fridge and freezer.
Washing machine and Tumble dryer shared.

There is a 2nd main living room shared.

Your own private area is to the right of the main entrance, you have your own private hallway with a door that locks leading to your bright and spacious double room, with your own private lounge area .

I will be out at work most days between 09:00 to 18:00.

Located in Alexandria/Loch Lomond just outside the city of Glasgow & not quite in the National Park. The front of the property looks on to fields and the local golf course, the rear of the house opens out on to a large park with houses then the hills as a backdrop.
The garden is ideal in the summer months for BBQ or just relaxing as we have the sun until it sets on the hills, during winter it can be picturesque with the snow however I definitely prefer the sunshine.

I would hope to have a clean, tidy and respectful person who did not smoke. Someone that will fit well and enjoy company I am a welcoming and homely person. (Dislike the smell of sea food / fish being cooked)

The room is complete, fresh and ready for you to move straight in, the cost of the room includes bills including internet and Netflix.

The room does not including the cost of food and toiletries.
