The Bathroom with a shower shared by two people.
Large dining area, kitchen, gas cooker, lounge with smart TV, and good internet throughout the house.
A desk to work at and lots of space.
Room for drying washing and a backyard to sit out in summer.
Share with two middle-aged non-smoking working males, must be employed and no pets.
Single working males preferred.
All bills are included in the price.
No overnight guests allowed.
Bills included good wifi and internet speeds
No outdoor footwear allowed in the house, left at the front door.
