The property is situated on a quiet street with convenient access to Balloch Park and many other areas of the National Park, making it ideal for students or professionals who wish to enjoy a relaxing lifestyle.

There is ample parking at the property including a driveway space which will be available to any potential tenants.

I am looking for a friendly and responsible tenant, owing to my line of work I am usually only home on weekends. I also own a dog so tenants must be comfortable with pets (He is very friendly), he also only spends his weekends at the house!
