Double room in shared flat

I'm a 27 yr old nurse looking for a flatmate. The room is unfinished but the rest of the flat is furnished. There is a bathroom with bath and shower, and washer/dryer. The kitchen and living room are separate, both a good size. The flat is on the ground floor and has access to a shared garden, and there is plenty of on-street parking. Walking distance to the train station and shops. I work long days but not currently doing nights. I'm quite a homebody, liking baking, knitting etc. But do like to explore around the area as well.
