Broadband available, as is on street parking available at no extra cost.

Other house tenant only stays in property 4 nights a week, Monday through Thursday.

Area is quiet although, near Dumbarton town centre and < 30 mins from Glasgow central.

Viewings advised, willing to negotiate on price, e. g. furnished room, although can 'unfurnish' if so desired.
