Flat share room for rent

Hi i am a gay male looking to share my flat . I have renovated the flat to include a new kitchen , new bathroom . I have installed gas central heating as there was no heating in the flat . Newly carpeted and painted . All brand new furniture . The rooms arent the biggest but they do what i need them to do . The room for rent includes a single bed atm , fully fitted morrored wardrobes and a tv bracket on the wall . Wifi , gas ,electric , counciltax etc are all included . I am gay but have no pref as to sexual orientation or gender . There is also off road private parking and public bus services
