Looking for one clean and tidy professional, to share this two-bed flat in a calm spot at the Rhu end of Helensburgh; one mile from Helensburgh Central Station. 8min walk to the shore, where Gare Loch and the Inverclyde waters meet. Just over a mile to leisure centre and gym along the seafront promenade. Walking to Helensburgh centre is 25min amble / 5min bike ride.

Pleasant, good sized double room; fully furnished with inbuilt wardrobe. Shared use of kitchen, living room, shower room (not en suite) and private garden. On street parking with ample spaces available. Internet provided. Amenities include washing machine, dryer and lodgers own under-counter freezer (shared fridge, between two). Common areas are kept clean and tidy.
Bedrooms separated by main hallway - not adjoined, so there is greater personal seclusion than some other options available.
You'll be sharing with a friendly, professional male, mid-thirties that works an irregular shift pattern. Pastimes include: walking, live music, podcasts, friends and family, reading, travelling up to Highlands and travelling down to South of England.
I am approachable and good-natured; wishing to maintain this home as a welcoming space for all.
£600pcm: price inclusive of c. tax and bills (based on fair/normal usage). £600 security deposit required.
Security deposit and one month rent required prior to move.
Ideally, I seek a lodger who aims to stay a minimum of three months+.
Commute to Glasgow City Centre is realistically 1hr.15mins each way if walking to train station. and 55mins to Glasgow Centre if driving. Coop, Tesco Express & Farmfoods 1 mile away. Morrisons Supermarket 2 miles away.
I am looking for someone I can share a space with - not 'first come, first serve'.
Lodgers Agreement shall be discussed and signed by both parties. References may be requested. Additionally, use of outbuilding (shed) a possibility.
Please note that this flat is able to support lodgers who do occasional work from home (wfh) days as part of employment flexibility, but this flat cannot support someone’s primary work location. No business can operate from this address.
Current lodger is staying until a few days before 25th Sep - with this in mind, any video calls or clips you may wish for, to view the place and say hello, can cover the common areas, but not the lodgers bedroom at the moment (I'm sure you'll understand, and apologies for any inconvenience.
