Nice Quiet Room Good Location

Hi I'm James.
I'm looking for someone who wants to rent a room at my place.

I'm looking for someone who is professionally minded, cleans, not too noisy up etc. Would suit someone working at the base or on a contract etc.

I'm an artist and designer, I work from home and often away. Your part of the flat is your own space. I work a lot and when not working I go do things like swimming so it would be so great if someone who is easy going wants to move in with their own friends etc!

The internet is good here. There are gyms nearby (the pool too if it ever opens again :) Parking is on the road outside. You will usually be able to find a place if you have a car. The train station that goes directly to Glasgow is 5 minutes way and bus and supermarkets nearby.
