2 double bedrooms in shared detached family home.

Helensburgh is a 40 minute commuter train ride from central Glasgow. We have 2 double bedrooms available. One is upstairs, one downstairs. The (downstairs) bathroom with shower/bath is shared between the two available rooms. We occupy a third bedroom upstairs with it's own en-suite bathroom. Kitchen and living room ect are all shared. The house is fully furnished and equipped throughout. We have a nice, simple, front and rear garden. Ideally we would like to rent out one or even both of the bedrooms to professional people. We would like decent, clean, quiet trustworthy, non-smoking people/person who is/are reliable. If a couple wish to share one room then there will be an appropriately higher charge, please contact to discuss. For shorter stays (less than the 3 months advertised minimum), single occupancy, minimum one week - £160 per week.
