Tenatively looking to rent out a room in a 2 Bedroom Flat close to Helensburgh town center - 10 mins walking distance to Helensburgh Central train station (I've walked it in 5 mins).
Tentatively looking for a flat mate who is respectful, not too crazy, and knows how to clean up after themselves.
Semi furnished room, that you would be welcome to bring your own things to fill... Not opposed to couples but you would need to figure out your own sleeping arrangements as the room only has has a single bed.
Kitchen & Living Room is shared and has all the basics. It also has wonderful 'sea' views, if you call the Clyde 'the sea'.. Plenty of cooking utensils, and there is a small shared patio which you can dry clothes out on.
There is no parking on the property itself, but there is free parking nearby.
Price listed includes all bills/utilities etc.. short term contractors considered, though pay monthly guests could potentially be offered a slight discount.
