Self contained apartment in Victorian villa

SHORT term let. Month to month basis. Could work as a stop gap for someone between long term accommodation. The apartment includes a double room with king sized bed, separate lounge and bathroom. There is also limited kitchen facilities. Please note there is only a sink in bathroom for dishwashing. The whole area is separate from the main house with own private entrance. Short term lets are £30 a night. May need to sell soon hence prefer someone short term. All bills including council tax, electricity and broadband included. There is a Bus stop right outside the house linking to Faslane and Helensburgh with hourly buses. The bus takes 45 mins to Helensburgh and stops outside train station for direct link to Glasgow Queen street (40 mins) From Helensburgh there are half hourly trains to Glasgow Queen street. Also hourly boat service from Kilcreggan to Gourock and from gourock train to Glasgow Central. Boat departure is 20 minute walk away. Ten minute crossing to Gourock train station. The house is an hours drive from Glasgow. The property would ideally suit someone with a car but has been used previously by tenants to commute to Glasgow.
