The accommodation comprises a large bedroom with all furniture, a modern bathroom with electric shower
and use of a well-equipped kitchen and sitting room. Plenty of parking, large garden, washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi and television.

The house is between two bus stops (buses at least once an hour to Helensburgh), with trains twice and hour to Glasgow, Edinburgh etc.

There will be a contribution to gas and electricity bills which can be discussed, as well as council tax. Any short-term arrangements would be priced to include bills.
