One shared bathroom which is large with bath and seperate substantial shower.
Room available from Saturday 1st February, 2025.
£400 per calendar month, all bills included except for TV license and Internet.
The Internet is superfast Broadband and is purchased by an existing long term tenant who is willing to share at a price of approximately £10 per month.
Rent is requested in advance by bank transfer on the day / date of occupancy, and on that date for every consecutive month of occupancy.
Signing of 6 months initial contract is required.
The tenancy is considered for professional people only.
The house is tenanted with one female and one male, aged twenties to thirties. No couples accepted and no smoking or vaping whatsoever inside the house.
