Toilet and shower room for sole use - adjacent to first-floor bedroom situated at the rear of the house. Very large open plan kitchen and plenty of room generally. On road parking. A lovely quiet garden outlook. We are looking for either postgraduate student or professional with tidy habits. 5 mins walking distance from hospital, university or town and promenade. We have a cat called Orlando.
