We are a family looking for a responsible Lodger from the 1st december 2022 for One of two large bedrooms on the ground floor of a Beautiful victorian house with own kitchen/livingroom and two bathrooms.
This is not a student or party house.
We are looking for a mature and responsible adult who will look after the spaces and be aware of others in the house. Who will also be willing to adhere to any current covid 19 advice should the situation change.
The other bedroom already has a lodger who is a doctor at the nearby Bronglais hospital.
The landlady and family live upstairs and you would get the whole of the ground floor. We are two adults and two teens, one of whom is away at uni term time.
You would have a separate entrance and would not need to be contact with any of us.
The spaces downstairs are large with two bathrooms, large hallway , kitchen and living room.
The house has recently been renovated so combines modern insulation and double glazing with Victorian style and charm. We are in a quiet residential road, within walking distance from the hospital and university campus. The town, shops and sea front are a short distance away. There is Off road parking.
This would suit a single professional- medics on rotation, lecturer or creative looking for a spacious, quiet place to live for a while.
Inclusive of central heating, services, wifi, water and council tax.
