The house has two bedrooms available and is on Edge Hill Road, the Buarth, overlooking Abersytwyth and the sea beyond. 5 minutes walk from the train-station and town centre, as well as the lovely leafy Plascrug avenue and Penglais woods.

We are looking for a maximum of two working professionals/students or a couple sharing (rent is doubled if two people).

This house is on the market to be sold and as such there will likely be viewings during your stay. We are looking for the right person/couple: those who will accommodate such viewings and keep the house tidy and neat for them. Even if someone wants to buy the house, we can guarantee the sale won't complete until at least end Sept/Oct 2026.
