3 bed student house, central Aberystwyth

Student house on university side of Aberystwyth. The house is on 3 floors. Ground floor: small sitting room, toilet, large kitchen/diner with entry to courtyard garden. First floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds. Second floor: single attic bedroom with a large cupboard on the landing. Large bathroom with shower over the bath. The house is registered for 4 students, though we usually have 3. Bedrooms have a bed, large desk, bookshelves, chest of drawers and wardrobe or hanging rail.
House let to university students only. A tenant leaving the university will be required to pay the Council Tax.
