URGENT room for rent

Hello,
I'm looking for someone to replace my contract in this 6 bed flat share as soon as possible! It's a lovely, large double room with a gorgeous exposed beam on the ceiling. It comes furnished with a double bed, desk, dresser, bookshelf and a wall mirror.
There is a shared kitchen, lounge and garden. Rent is £420 per month with all bills included apart from council tax if you are not a student.
It is the top floor flat in a split flat house. Three girls live downstairs, and the boys live upstairs, we all get along wonderfully and are a great little community!
