we’ve had a last-minute dropout, so we’re looking for a 7th housemate to join us in Ty Llwyd, a spacious student house at 1 Trinity Road, right at the bottom of the hill – literally on the corner of coopers arms and pizza time.

you’ll be living with 6 second-year girls, we’re friendly, sociable, and looking for someone chill and up for a laugh

the house:
• 7 bedrooms (only 1 room left – ground floor)
• kitchen and dining room
• 2 bathrooms (you’ll have one right by your room)
• living room and yard (perfect to park your car)
• all double beds
• gas/heating and water included
• epc rating D

£115/week, all bills + water included
