We have an opening for a new lodger, preferably long term. Lovely quiet area near the woods, very convenient for uni and town.

Wonderful views looking over the town and the bay from the bedroom and living room.

Rent includes fibre broadband limitless internet, and some standing charges. Other bills are split by occupants.

Suitable for postgraduates, mature students or working professionals who are happy to live in an eco friendly and vegetarian house. You will be sharing with one other full-time lodger and 2 part-timers (around 1-2 days a week).

The room itself is lovely and light, south facing, with lots of hand-crafted features. Furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, large desk, chair and shelves. Semi-ensuite: the bathroom on this floor is largely reserved for your use.
