Large Bed sit for mature student or employee

The room is on the second floor of our home. It is in good decorative order and fully furnished and has its own (unshared) cooking facilities. The room has two windows and sea views. The bathroom with power shower is situated on the first floor of the house and is shared with the landlords.

It would suit a mature student or staff member at the university, or a member of the hospital staff, as it is close to both locations. Rent is normally payable termly in advance. Rent includes heating and council tax (if applicable) and baths and showers.
