Pen Dinas and neighbouring Tanybwlch beach are about 10 minutes in walking distance. The harbour and south beach are about 5 minutes walk from the house.
There is plenty of storage in this house with a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The property has double glazing and gas central heating. An additional electric heater is also provided in this room as a standby. There are two toilets and the upstairs bath has both hand shower controlled by gas central heating and an electric shower as a standby.
