We are seeking to rent our home from early December for 6 months, offering 2 double bedrooms to individuals or couples. The property is located 15 minutes outside of Haverfordwest and Fishguard in a quiet countryside setting. The bungalow benefits from 10 acres of private land perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors and boasts undercover storage areas ideal for bikes, surfboards etc.
The home is comfortably furnished with everything you would need and is spacious enough to accommodate an office area if required. The lounge features a wood burner ready for a cosy winter but occupants will be required to provide their own logs (ample log storage area though).
It is our family home during the summer so we request non-smokers only.
Our very friendly dog lives next door to our property with friends whilst we are travelling, so you would need to be comfortable with a dog being around. Likewise we are happy to consider occupants bringing a small pet such as a dog or cat :-)
