Double bedroom for rent, short term only

A double bedroom is available on a short term lease to a single occupant. It is unfurnished but can provide a chest of drawers and wardrobe if required. Within the property my name is on the lease only and my home contains my two dogs and a bird. The cost includes the rent of the room and all bills including gas, electric, council tax, water rates, broadband, tv licence. You may have use of the bathroom and the kitchen to cook food and wash up your own utensils and cooking equipment etc. Washing machine is not included and you will have to find other means to wash your laundry.
