Lovely cosy self contained one bedroom annex for single occupation in fabulous location in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Located in a pretty Welsh farmhouse set within 3 acres with parking and great views across the Towy valley.

It is remote with no near neighbours so car essential as no public transport or shops nearby. Llangadog 4 miles, Llandeilo 6 miles and Llandovery 11 miles away, all with train stations.

Annex comprises 3 rooms. A family size luxury bedroom, ensuite bathroom and sitting room with kitchenette and dining area. with access to a gravel patio for sole use.

The bedroom is a lovely elegant duck egg blue with pure wool champagne carpet and king size bed with a spare single bed for occasional guests by agreement. Linen press cupboard, wardrobe, dressing table, mirror, side tables and storage cupboard.

En-suite bathroom has a 3/4 size bath, shower, toilet and wash basin.

Sitting room contains sofa, tv, dining area, chest of drawers, electric heater, kitchenette unit with fridge freezer, washer/drier, kettle, toaster, microwave, induction hob and counter top oven with cupboard above. and own entrance from path behind cottage from parking area. There is a small area next to kitchen for storage.

Available from Mid December for up to 6 months utilities included.

Good phone signal but wifi is a hotspot located in the main cottage which can be weak if a number of other people are using it. So my advice would be to get your own hotspot internet.

The main cottage is owned by one friendly very spoilt cat so no other pets I'm afraid.

Vegetarian or vegan preferred. Request only natural products used within annex such as ecover and shampoos etc.

Considerate, quiet, tidy, respectful lodger asked for in this fabulous and happy house. The owner currently lives in the cottage attached to the annex by a locked door but does travel. There is a lodger in the house and occasional guests in other accommodation.
