22 Cae Gwylan is a 3 bed bungalow at the northern end of Borth near Aberystwyth. It has electric central heatin, furnished has good parking, double glazing and plenty of outdoor space. The area is very quiet and safe, but is handy for Borth railway station, pubs and shop. It is very close to the lovely beach at Borth and only one mile from the spectacular beaches at Ynyslas. The price is the rent only. We would prefer a long term let of the bungalow
