Room for rent in peaceful location

Cosy house in a very peaceful location, with big garden and great views, out in the sticks (so car required). Also good reversing skills needed due to no turning point on track & so you need to reverse in or out. 15 minutes drive from Newcastle Emlyn and 30 minutes to either Cardigan or Carmarthen. I'm looking for a tenant who is easy-going & appreciates the quiet life. I like my own space but also enjoy good conversation and possibly sharing a meal every now and then. My friend's dog stays here sometimes and she's lovely, but isn't trust worthy around cats + another friend's dog stays who is reactive to dogs... so sadly that means I can't accept pets. A shorter term rental (8 months max) is preferred as I usually do airbnb in the summer, but I would consider longer if needed. I'd be happy to rent to a couple but there's only space for one vehicle.
