A double bedroom in the quiet village of Tanygroes, Ceredigion, offering a clean, warm, cosy bedroom in big 3 bedroom home.

Lying on the Cardigan Bay coastline you will be spoilt of choice with the many sandy bays and rocky coves to discover and explore. It is a 10 minute walk to the village centre, where you will find a Welsh Gin Distillery, village shop, restaurants, cafes, fish and chips takeaway, pizzeria and many more!

A 20-30 minute walk across the fields to the coastal path will bring you to Mwnt - a beautiful sandy cove with white washed chapel on the hill. If you’re lucky enough, you will spot dolphins and seals who regularly visit the bay. Aberporth has two sandy bays, rock pools and caves to explore. Tresaith has a picturesque waterfall, Poppit Sands is a vast sweeping bay on the Teifi estuary and there are many more to discover.

The market town of Cardigan (less than a 10 minute drive away), where you’ll find its chic cafes and supermarkets (a Tesco and Aldi). There are plenty of good food places in and around Cardigan. A tourist bus service runs between the villages and towns from Cardigan to Aberystwyth.

The space
The property is a semidetached, 3 bedroom house right in the centre of a quiet village, Tanygroes.

The lounge area is a bright and comfortable space for relaxing, which has two sofas, a coffee table and smart television with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. Wifi is also available.

The kitchen has good basic cooking facilities with a gas hob, two ovens, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a coffee machine. You will have a full access to an outdoor garden and decking area where you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the Welsh countryside, and our famous South coast sunsets.

There is central heating throughout the house.

Guests will have access to a private
double bedroom, a shared upstairs bathroom containing a bath and shower. There is also a separate downstairs bathroom with wash hand basin and toilet. You will have use of the kitchen if you like to prepare your own food, within the kitchen is a dining table and breakfast bar with chairs. There’s also a utility room for washing and drying clothes. Access to the front room containing board games, books, Smart TV etc. There’s a well seized garden and eating area with plenty of room.
