Double bed in a Art Sudio space. Next to a quirky 1970s bungalow. One mile from bustling Cardigan Town. Close to beautiful beaches ( 3 miles) and ancient woodland. Wildlife galore and wonderful sunsets over the sea can be seen nearby.
The room is in a beautiful peaceful location. Great for watersports or walkers as easy access to beaches, river & routes.
You would have a designated park up space for a car, motor home or van.
Water and gas included. Electricity on a meter. (+£50 towards council tax on top of rent).
Looking for a single person. There are extensive vegetable gardens (so anyone who would consider helping with a bit of general gardening occasionally would be a bonus and could share produce).
In the space there is a sink and compost loo. A fitted kitchen with gas hob. Woodburner for heat.
The studio is on a direct bus route along the West coast road.
The studio is a creative space which would not suit everyone.
